After the Michigan Junior Golf Day, we traveled to Crystal Mountain Resort up near Traverse City to do a two day workshop for Brad Dean and his staff at the Golf School. The first day was mostly lecture,the second hands on training.

I have compiled some snippets of discussion on functional training and kinetic link with some sights around the Crystal Mountain complex including an event where skiers try to ski across a pit of green jello!!
